Suffering & Sacrifice
We all know what it feels like to carry wounds that never seem to close. Some are physical, but many are deeper than what we can see, like the shame of failure, the weight of regret, the scars left by others’ words or actions. Left unattended, any of these wounds can harden us or hollow us out. They can remind us of our weakness and whisper that peace and healing may never come.
There is a hope that doesn’t ignore those wounds, but rather meets them head-on. It’s not a fragile optimism or some quick self-help fix. It’s something rooted and costly, but strong enough to face even death itself. It’s the kind of hope that can bring peace where there’s been conflict, healing where there’s been brokenness, and wholeness where we’ve only known fragments.

Message Series Description:
We are constantly being formed by what we hear, what we repeat, and what we choose to believe. In a world filled with competing voices and shifting definitions, it’s easy to forget who we are or what we stand on. Faith becomes fuzzy, and conviction feels complicated ... even problematic. Over time, even the most essential truths can start to feel distant or optional. Without something solid beneath us, we drift.
What if the clarity we long for isn’t something new we need to find, but something ancient we need to rediscover? What if truth is not just an idea to debate, but a long-established foundation to build on? There is wisdom in remembering. And sometimes the way forward begins by anchoring ourselves in the beauty and depth of what has come before us. There is truth worth remembering.
