Day 09

If you've ever had kids - or even spent 15 minutes with one - you probably experienced how quickly they can turn a conversation to a subject of their interest, something they're passionate or excited about. Sure they want more of it or to talk about it for themselves, but they also want YOU to share in that excitement. They are thirsty for more of whatever it is, and they want you to get thirsty about it, too.

What if we prayed (and fasted!) like that? What if we so longed for more of God in our lives that we couldn't stop bringing Him up? What if we saw every topic, every idea, every experience as a way to bring it all back around to Jesus?

Let's be thirsty for Him as we pray today, Church!
