We have a high-view of the Bible and base our teaching on what it says, finding relevant ways of communicating God’s eternal truths. But we also try to not take ourselves too seriously and have fun. We want you to be encouraged, blessed, and challenged by what God has shared with us!

We can tend to assume we’re doing fine in life until something stirs up a reaction within us that we didn’t expect. A singular moment may hit, and suddenly we’re frustrated, defensive, or lashing out. These responses don’t come out of nowhere. They usually point to something fundamental, something rooted deep in our hearts.

There’s more going on at these times than just arbitrary emotion. They can be an invitation to look beneath the surface to face what’s really driving us. If we’re willing to do this honestly, it can open up a door to a different way of living, one that aligns with the deep purpose God has created for all of us.

We can trick ourselves into thinking small tweaks are real progress, but quick fixes eventually lead back to the same patterns. And sometimes, we don’t even know that we’re stuck in a cycle that’s leading us into destruction. Genuine change can’t just be layered over a problem. It’s got to start at the root and work its way out until it touches everything you do.

This kind of transformation isn't something we simply redesign, but a fundamental shift in our identity where we genuinely mourn our brokenness and we trade surface-level fixes for an authentic walk with Jesus, allowing Him to reshape us from the inside out. It’s not about forced effort, but about the natural overflow of a life that is aligned with the One who’s designed and purposed us.

To be alive means to know what it’s like to need a second chance … or a third, or a fourth. And it’s easy to carry this burden wherever we go, even when we don’t see it at the front of our minds – even if we realize that another chance is already in front of us and that forgiveness is already offered.

If we’re going to actually embrace these, though, we need to realize that a second chance isn’t just about being forgiven. It includes an invitation to step into something beautiful and scary, all at once. And as we begin to trust in the One who makes this invitation, even in small ways, we start to see that His grace doesn’t just bring us back. It moves us forward.

We can all get pretty good at looking the other way … especially when it comes to ourselves. We’ll ignore red flags, make excuses for the patterns that create harm, and repeat “It’s Ok” long enough that it even starts to sound true. We keep ourselves distracted enough not to think too hard about what’s really going on underneath it all.

But that only works for so long. Eventually the pressure builds, and what we’ve been avoiding gets too heavy to lug around like nothing’s wrong. In fact, it can feel like everything is starting to close in on us. Yet in these places, it can be the fertile soil we need for honesty to start growing and finally break through. Sometimes what feels like it’s undoing us is actually clearing the ground for something better.

Most (or most?) of us spend our lives trying to outrun the clock. We’ll build and struggle and work, but there's a nagging feeling it's all just so temporary. It's hard to stay motivated when every story seems to end the same way. We're left wondering if our efforts actually matter in the long run. Without a real foundation, even our best days can feel hollow.

There's a better way to view this life, though. Try to imagine a reality where the greatest enemy isn't just delayed but erased. Because of what Jesus secured that very first Easter Sunday, we don't have to manufacture hope. His victory validates every step we take. It's a resilient faith that doesn't depend on our feelings or worthiness but on His objective, finished work. Understanding and embracing that will inevitably lead us to a grateful response, a meaningful overflow from what Jesus has already done!
