DAVID: The Warrior King
The pressures of life can expose what we trust, failure can make us want to hide, and uncertainty in the future can leave us scrambling for control. We can believe in God while still keeping big parts of ourselves at a distance from Him.
One of the most well-known characters in the Bible, King David, knew what it was like to experience great victories right alongside painful failures. Through it all, he was continually being drawn back toward God. David’s story invites us to consider what might change if being near to God became more than just a part of our lives and began shaping the way we lived all of it.

Message Series Description:
Our culture values safety, predictability, and control. We like safety and surety. But beneath the surface, many of us feel the pull of something greater, a longing for meaning that cannot be satisfied by what is comfortable or easy. Leaning into faith unsettles the illusion of security and forces us to wrestle with notions of trust, courage, and what we're ultimately living for.
What if the life God intends is not tame, but an adventure worth risking everything for? What if the unknown becomes the place where we find His presence most real, His promises most sure, and His joy most complete? And what if adventurers living out this kind of life thousands of years ago can show us how to do the same today?
